Hey folks, I’m Wesley – been deep in crypto for a while now, and lately I’ve been watching the rise of AI narratives with some curiosity (and a bit of skepticism too).
It feels like every project these days is slapping “AI” on their homepage and calling it innovation. But most of the time, it’s just surface-level hype. Same whitepaper, just add GPT buzzwords and call it a day 
That said, I do think there’s a real opportunity at the intersection of AI and Web3, especially around verifiable compute, decentralized model training, and on-chain inference. I’ve been looking into what Metis and LazAI are doing, and honestly, it feels like one of the few projects with actual infrastructure, not just vibes.
But here’s my question: what do you think separates real AI + Web3 use cases from the noise? Are we heading toward something meaningful here, or just another cycle of buzz?
Would love to hear your thoughts, especially from devs building in this space or anyone tracking AI agents, compute layers, etc. So…What do you think?
