StreamFund
Tokenized YouTube Income Vaults Powered by AI

:red_exclamation_mark: Problem Statement

Millions of YouTube creators consistently earn from AdSense but are excluded from financial systems. They can’t access loans, advances, or upfront capital due to a lack of collateral or credit score—especially in emerging markets. Meanwhile, DeFi investors lack real-world yield opportunities.

:white_check_mark: Solution Overview

StreamFund lets creators simulate their future YouTube income using AI and mint it as an NFT Vault. Investors inject USDC into these vaults to earn simulated, real-time yield. Powered by 20 modular AI engines and a clean SPA UI, StreamFund opens up access to the $40B creator economy. What makes it unique is its dual-role architecture, fully onchain-ready simulation, and gamified investor dashboard—all built on Metis.

:page_facing_up: Project Description

StreamFund transforms predictable creator income into a programmable financial primitive.

Creators use an AI-based forecast engine to estimate monthly earnings. This estimate is then tokenized into an NFT Vault. Each Vault contains metadata like duration, APR, and risk score. On the other side, investors interact with an AI prompt box to search for vaults by category, yield, or creator type. They can inject USDC (mocked or real) into vaults and earn yield based on the parameters defined.

Built on a multilayered Single Page Application (SPA), StreamFund allows both roles—creator and investor—to interact in one seamless journey. Yield is simulated live (e.g., +0.01 USDC every 5 seconds), creating a tangible sense of growth. Vaults are visible, AI-ranked, and can even be exported to mock NFT explorers. The project uses modular mock contracts like ForecastEngine.sol, VaultYieldSim.sol, and BondNFT.sol, with smart logic layers plugged into a Next.js + Zustand frontend deployed on Vercel.

This excites us because it’s a rare intersection of AI, RWA, DeFi, and creator economy—delivered in a gamified, real-yield simulation experience.

Users can earn points by interacting with various parts of the platform:

Task Points
Connect Wallet +10
Run AI Search Prompt +15
Forecast Channel Revenue (as Creator) +20
Mint Creator Vault NFT +25

Hello @x0_fikridev ,

  1. Since YouTube income can fluctuate due to CPM rates, demonetization, or channel strikes, how does the system account for and adjust risk scoring in real time?
  2. What mechanisms are in place if a creator’s income drops to zero after minting a Vault? Is there any clawback, insurance, or failsafe?

:white_check_mark: In our current version, we’ve already implemented:
:white_check_mark: RiskScorer, which pre-screens creators based on niche CPM volatility and reputational trust score, to auto-adjust APR and vault duration before mint.

:white_check_mark: CreatorScoreVerifier, which prevents low-trust creators from minting new vaults — helping protect the ecosystem from abuse.

:white_check_mark: Fixed Yield Simulator, where investor returns are visible, capped, and immutable from the start.
➤ This means investors are never exposed to loss or clawback, even if a creator underperforms.

:repeat_button: Based on your question, we’re expanding this with:
:brain: RevenueWatcher.sol – allows creators to upload verified analytics (via screenshot, export, or dashboard link).
Vaults that show income drops post-mint will be flagged or frozen from receiving new investments.

:stop_sign: VaultHealthMonitor.sol – tracks vault performance, reputation trends, and can reduce visibility or pause vaults with poor performance patterns.

:shield: InsuranceBacker.sol – an opt-in insurance pool for vaults in higher-risk categories.
Investors choosing insured vaults get soft coverage if the creator’s income collapses.

:money_bag: Can investors recover 100% of their money?
:white_check_mark: Yes, in the simulated version: investor funds are never actually transferred to the creator — yield is calculated virtually, and capital is never at risk.

:soon_arrow: In future real-case deployments, capital can be routed through escrow vaults with unlock conditions — and insured via staking pools.

:pushpin: No clawback, no loss, no hidden fees. Everything is transparent and fixed.

:sparkles: Why would creators stay motivated to keep producing content?
We’ve designed creator-side incentives to encourage long-term participation:

:white_check_mark: Creators receive XP, badges, and vault tier upgrades based on performance and consistency.

:white_check_mark: Top creators get preferred placement in AI vault search results, unlocking more visibility and investor trust.

:white_check_mark: Future versions will allow streamed rewards or vault score multipliers tied to performance — turning StreamFund into a personal credit reputation layer.

:locked_with_key: Creators who default or abandon their vaults will lose eligibility to mint again (enforced by CreatorReputationIndex.sol).

This creates a soft-pressure loop: creators who behave well and perform consistently unlock more capital, more investors, and more platform perks — all while preserving trust on-chain.

:white_check_mark: TL;DR:
Investor capital is always safe: either fully simulated or optionally escrowed in future.

Creators are rewarded for staying active, not punished — but those who drop out lose minting rights and visibility.

The system balances real-world volatility with simulated safety — and scales with modular engines designed for both fun and finance.

How reliable are the simulation results? As an investor, how much can I trust these forecasts?

Looking forward to seeing how this evolves when real capital starts flowing. Big respect to the team for building something with real-world logic behind it.

Thank you for raising this critical point. In StreamFund, we’ve designed the entire simulation system to be safe, conservative, and investor-first — even in edge cases. Below is how we ensure that:

:white_check_mark: Already Implemented — What’s Live in the Current System:

Feature How It Protects Investors
ForecastEngine Uses actual YouTube view + CPM data to generate income predictions (conservative by design)
APRScorer Adjusts simulated yield based on niche volatility — lower risk = higher APR
RiskScorer Rates creators by content type, upload consistency, and past volatility
VaultFreezeController Auto-freezes vault if creator disappears or risk level spikes suddenly
Locked Vault Parameters APR & duration are sealed upon mint — no post-mint changes allowed
Simulated Yield Only All investments and returns are dummy/simulated — zero real money is at stake
No Clawbacks Once investor zaps into a vault, their capital and simulated yield are guaranteed (no default risk)

:soon_arrow: Planned / In Roadmap — Coming Soon to Strengthen Safety:

Feature Description
RevenueWatcher Creators can upload proof of YouTube income (screenshots/API) to validate forecasts
TrustOracle Cross-check creator reputation using third-party data or onchain attestations
InsuranceBacker Optional simulation of collective insurance pool to absorb vault failures
SimulationHashTrail Every forecast generates a unique hash → future income can be checked against it
Force Majeure Exit Logic If major disruption happens (e.g., demonetization), vault stops + investor yield preserved
Creator Reward Incentives Creators who maintain active revenue receive performance-based bonus vaults and ranks to stay motivated

:brain: TL;DR:

StreamFund is not gambling on forecasts — we simulate conservatively using real-world logic, apply onchain risk filters, and ensure investors never lose funds.
We’ve built safeguards now and are adding more in future versions to make trust provable, not just promised.

Thank you for the detailed breakdown this is a thoughtful and well-structured approach. It’s clear that investor protection is deeply embedded in both the current design and the roadmap. Excited to see how StreamFund evolves with these safeguards in place!
