Big events like KBW or Token2049 can be super fun, but also somewhat overwhelming, with too many people, talks, booths, and after-parties packed into just a few days.
A few things I’ve learned so far:

Plan a little - pick the talks/people you don’t wanna miss, otherwise you’ll end up just wandering.

Have your intro ready - a quick line about who you are / what you do makes networking way easier.

Follow up right away - add people on TG or LinkedIn before you forget who’s who.
