Scaling Traction in Web3: Advice for Growing Sentinel’s Presence

Glad to be here. I’m Aryan, a blockchain developer working on Sentinel, and I’m currently focused on sharpening our marketing strategy.

We’re already laying the groundwork:

  • Attending and speaking at tech workshops
  • Engaging at summits and in quality circles

The early network and credibility are there—we’re not starting cold. But here’s where I’m looking for sharper input:

How do you turn momentum into long-term traction in the Web3 space?

Especially in a space that’s noisy and fast-moving, how do you stay relevant after the first few waves of attention?

Would love to hear what’s worked (or not) for you—especially,

  • Community
  • Leveraging thought leadership without sounding like an echo
  • Maintaining visibility across channels (X, Farcaster, Discord)
  • Turning events and summits into more than just photo ops
