every dev community has a long tail of quiet lurkers. they read, nod along, and learn, but they don’t post, build, or contribute.
but that doesn’t mean they’re not interested. most of the time, they just don’t know where to start.

it’s not about forcing people to step up. it’s about making the first step feel smaller.
