DePIN for AI | Aioma

Problem Statement

AI-native startups and agents lack a unified ecosystem where they can discover infrastructure, collaborate securely, and access funding without navigating fragmented Web3 tools and outdated investor workflows. Current platforms either cater solely to developers or traditional investors, failing to support AI-native business models and deal dynamics. This creates a bottleneck for AI project scalability, adoption, and fundraising

Solution Overview

Aioma provides a decentralized platform that allows AI companies to tokenize their models, protect IP rights, and monetize AI outputs through a GPU-based compute network. It ensures secure, verifiable AI inferences and automates revenue-sharing among model creators, dataset owners, and compute providers. Legal protection is integrated via Web2 partners, making AI IPs legally enforceable and investable

Project Description

Aioma is a DePIN platform that enables the tokenization, copyright protection, and monetization of AI-generated intellectual property. It merges decentralized GPU infrastructure, smart contracts, and legal enforcement to create an end-to-end stack for AI asset management and distribution.

At its core, Aioma allows AI companies to tokenize their models as ERC-721 NFTs, register and process inference requests on-chain, and define programmable revenue-sharing logic among model creators, dataset providers, and compute node operators. Inference outputs are verified through a trustless mechanism — currently based on TEE (Trusted Execution Environments), with a planned transition to ZKML or hybrid models. Legal copyright support is offered via Web2 partnerships, ensuring IP is both protected and enforceable.

Users interact with Aioma by uploading models, running or verifying inferences, and earning or paying for compute. GPU owners (AI miners) can contribute hardware to the network and receive usage-based rewards. Investors can back tokenized AI IPs and gain exposure to an emerging asset class with real-world utility.

We’re excited by the idea of creating a financial, legal, and computational bridge between the AI and Web3 ecosystems. As demand for GPU compute and IP rights surges globally, Aioma offers a decentralized, revenue-generating, and legally compliant alternative to centralized AI service providers — empowering both builders and contributors to share in the value they create.

Community Engagement Features

Users can test key features like uploading and tokenizing AI models (ERC-721), submitting inference requests to Aioma’s GPU network, and tracking usage and earnings through the live dashboard. While gamification mechanics are not currently integrated, early users contribute to real transaction volume, gain early access to revenue-generating infrastructure, and benefit from airdrop and whitelist eligibility tied to on-chain activity.

Getting Involved

Community members can contribute by integrating their AI models, deploying custom revenue-sharing logic, or proposing protocol improvements. GPU owners and miners can sign up to join the compute node network. Early adopters and contributors can also apply for future whitelists, airdrops, or partnership programs via our forum and upcoming community campaigns.

Hello @george_evolutiondao ,

Do you see Aioma as a platform for only AI startups, or is it equally valuable for solo researchers and independent devs?

Wov! Thanks Impressive vision!

One quick question: How will Aioma handle disputes or potential misuse of tokenized AI models, especially when it comes to copyright claims or inference outputs?
