Axle Gaming: Distribution and AI

Axle Gaming – Distribution Layer for Real Gamers.

Problem Statement
Web3 gaming is growing fast, but most of it is hype-driven.
99% of users drop post-airdrop, and 75% of games never sustain. Bots, farmers, and vanity metrics dominate. Studios don’t get real data, and real gamers get ignored.

Solution Overview
Axle is a new kind of distribution and questing layer that connects games with real players.
We aggregate gamer data from Web2 platforms (Steam, Epic, Xbox) and Web3 wallets to build unified gamer identities which is used for preferences based questing. These power our AI agent, Lorekeeper, which recommends games, assets, distributes rewards, and gives back insights to studios.

Project Description
Axle is building a KPI-driven ecosystem where identity, performance, and engagement define how gamers are rewarded.
Quests ranging from playing a game to referring friends or creating content. Each quest is tied to real KPIs (views, matches played, liquidity provided, etc.).
Studios get dashboards with meaningful metrics, gamers get rewards for doing more than just clicking “connect wallet.”

Under the hood, we’re building onchain identities, zk-powered proof of actions, and a seamless, fast UX.
What excites us is this: no more fake engagement. No more bots. Just real gamers and real incentives and a protocol that makes it all provable.

Community Engagement Features
We’re gamifying the platform from day one.
Here’s how it works:

Testable Features/Tasks:

Complete your gamer profile

Connect wallet + game accounts

Complete quests (play, refer, post, stake, mint)

Claim rewards or badges

Getting Involved

Builders: We need help with UI/UX, Full stack development and AI Architecture.

Hello @avadam21 ,

I have some questions to ask

  1. What kind of insights or data do studios receive from Axle that they wouldn’t get through traditional Discord campaigns or Galxe-style quests?
  2. How does Lorekeeper decide which games to recommend? Is it more focused on your past behavior, friends’ activity, or genre preferences?

Thanks for sharing this exciting project!

Here are five questions from a user perspective:

1-How do you ensure the accuracy and privacy of gamer data aggregated from Web2 platforms like Steam and Xbox?

2-Can gamers participate anonymously, or do they need to fully link their wallets and gaming accounts?

3-How does the Lorekeeper AI personalize quest recommendations to fit different player styles or preferences?

4- What measures are in place to prevent bots or fake users from gaming the reward system?

5- Are there plans to integrate with more gaming platforms or support cross-platform identity management in the future?
