I like the idea of low gas fees since it resonates with Metis.
I also like the infrastructure, especially the fact its not a forked protocol which is a very common thing to do.
What are the plans in place to make Solidly become a top bluechip DEX in the Web3 ecosystem?
I must say that Solidly really stands out when it comes to enriching the community and ecosystem. They have some amazing innovative solutions, unique protocols, and a friendly user experience.
I would also want to know more about the new projects that are also coming to Metis soon ?
What strategies or mechanisms do you believe Solidly could further implement to enhance user engagement and adoption within the Metis ecosystem, considering its current array of innovative features and benefits?
This is a great proposal and commendable effort by Solidly. Solidly’s groundbreaking in-house merkle processor has effectively put an end to the longstanding issue of “JIT liquidity” plaguing CLAMM Dexes like Uniswap V3. Kudos to the team for addressing this challenge with such a forward-thinking approach!
I must commend Solidly for such insightful proposal.
Concerning the Concentrated liquidity, you highlighted a point: “Talks are being held with several ALMs who will incorporate Solidly into their automated management suites”.
Swapping and providing liquidity on Solidly is deterministically lower, as a matter of fact it’s the word’s cheapest CLAMM DEX. Savings are 12-42% lower (depends on a lot of factors), for liquidity provision it’s up to 60% cheaper.
I created a Metis/WETH pool on mainnet and compared it to Uniswap, same exact fee tier, same swap size, same gwei.
Let the numbers speak (20c swap from Metis to WETH):
Uniswap: $5.13
Our foundation builds on the very well trusted and audited Uniswap V3 codebase, we forked it, improved it and had it audited 3 times so far, next week the 4th audit by one of the most OG companies in the space will start (Cyfrin Audits, CEO & Founder is Patrick Collins)
Regarding BD and onboarding other protocols to Metis, it is in the development stage and confidential, but I can say that we already talked to several large protocols and asked them to come to Metis with us or provide their infrastructure on it.
One of the biggest areas of improvements is to simplify everything and make it as intuitive as possible for the user, concretely this means improving UI/UX. For newcomers some of our concepts might be quite advanced. This also includes educational content and raising awareness.
Automated Liquidity Manager, it’s a protocol that builds vaults/contracts that automatically rebalance user’s LP position when they get out of range.
A few examples: Gamma, Ichi, Arrakis, Timeless, Steer, DefiEdge, Sommelier and more
Hey, congrats on the CEG votes, y’all are killing it already! It is also great to hear that Solidly CLAMM DEX & SolidSync omnichain cross-chain aggregator deployment is coming up this January. Any specific date on that, though?
I would say having this on the metis ecosystem would be great for the users. As it offers a very great solution that by users can benefit from. Solidly is a great solution.
