In my opinion, I feel the creation of leagues might dilute the value of contents.
Considering the roadmap, how does League.Tech plan to address potential challenges and ensure a smooth transition during the Q2 2024 Business Onboarding phase?
League.Tech’s proposal on Metis is impressive! They aim to address challenges faced by content creators in Web2 economies and ensure a smooth transition to Web3 for traditional users. They plan to provide user-friendly tools, educational resources, and support to make the transition accessible and beneficial for all.
Proud to have you in the Metis fold.
How will League.Tech’s roadmap and functionality contribute to its goal of becoming the de-facto SocialFi platform on the Metis blockchain, and how does its design and unique features align with the specific capabilities and goals of the Metis ecosystem?
At League.Tech, we’re focusing on driving on-chain activity through key trading (buy/sell/short) and tiered access subscriptions. In addition, the minting of badges for reputation will incentivize user engagement and participation, complementing our fee-generation strategy.
Thanks! We’re glad you see the value in our approach.
Our platform empowers users to establish and manage their communities, monetize content immediately, and guarantee earnings from initial interactions, diverging from the typical ad revenue models that necessitate larger scale for profitability.

To broaden our user base beyond crypto enthusiasts, we will leverage Leagues as a key attraction point. Additionally, we plan to craft a suite of specialized tools tailored for content creators, aiming to offer unique value that will appeal to a wider audience.

We are committed to adhering to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
At League.Tech, we differentiate ourselves by placing utmost emphasis on trust and reputation. Our approach will be centered around empowering users to define their parameters, allowing for a more personalized experience.
We have several strategies in place that will be unveiled closer to our launch date. Stay tuned for more updates and details on our adoption initiatives.
I’m glad you’re intrigued by the potential of reputation systems in SocialFi!
To address your concern, we plan to start with a rudimentary reputation system that will evolve in tandem with our platform’s growth. Initially, our focus will be on implementing bot prevention strategies to maintain the system’s integrity.
As we advance, we recognize the importance of incorporating zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) to further enhance the security and credibility of our reputation system.
We believe our platform will stand out right from the start due to our unique feature set, clear vision, and innovative approach to incentivization.
Constant internal and external audits (at launch we will have had several audits completed), and a generous bug bounty program. From a scalability standpoint, we must make the proper infrastructure choices now. This includes an extensive vendor selection process and collaboration with our partners. Our team has vast experience working in enterprise environments (Google, Amazon, Nike), so safety, security, and scalability are top of mind when developing the platform.
To attract traditional brands and users unfamiliar with blockchain, we are focusing on creating a Web2 experience that simplifies the onboarding process. Our League feature, which will be fully developed after beta, will serve as a significant attraction point for businesses, enabling seamless integration and engagement within our platform.
By offering a familiar Web2 experience and integrating user-friendly features, we aim to ease the transition for traditional social media users exploring blockchain for the first time.
We are currently working with and actively exploring advanced technologies to improve user interactions and experiences.
We have a dedicated customer service team in place to support onboarding and address user needs.
Thank you for sharing your opinion, I look forward to hearing what you think after we unveil the League feature in full.
A significant portion of our business onboarding strategy revolves around leveraging Leagues and accreditation processes.
League.Tech will be the de-facto SocialFi platform on Metis, this is why they invested so heavily in us. We will have a unique approach to addressing the issues found within the buy-and-sell bonding curve that limits price discovery. We are also introducing the concept of “leagues” which will offer unique ways for content creators to interact and collaborate with their followers. Lastly, we believe a robust badge and reputation scoring system will bring the trust and credibility required for continued user growth, which directly supports the ecosystem’s desire for new users and substantial on-chain transaction activity.
I’m glad League.Tech is bringing SocialFi to Metis. However, I’d love to get some more insight into how the project intends to stay sustainable. I think that’s currently one of the biggest issues rocking the SocialFi industry and I’d love to learn more about the plans that the team have set in place to maintain long-term sustainability.
